Tonight at 7-9PM, Invitation Only VIP Reception with the Burton Morris

Pop artist Burton Morris appeared live this morning on Good Day New York to promote tonight’s opening of the 100 Coca-Cola Bottle paintings that will be on display at SoHo Contemporary Art at 259 Bowery.

Good Days’ anchors Greg Kelly & Rosanna Scotto featured Burton on their “Good Day Art Club” segment this morning quizzing him about the inspiration for his artwork, his connections to Andy Warhol, and details about the upcoming show at the Soho Contemporary Art gallery. Greg also tried to get a deal on the King Kong painting.

ABOUT THE SHOW:

Soho Contemporary Art Exhibition
New York City

“I have never been more excited about a series of paintings than these Coca-Cola bottles created by Burton Morris. We have been selling artwork by Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring for over 30 years. I feel fortunate to see Burton Morris’ work evolve to the stature of these great artists,” states Rick Rounick, owner of Soho Contemporary Art.

Opening to the public tomorrow, the exhibition will continue through December 2015.
